Shipments and returns
Shipments are generally dispatched within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped truck.
When purchasing materials we cannot combine loads so please contact us before trying to buy multiple materials as we will need to organize multiple loads.
All deliveries require a legitimate physical address to deliver to.
Please be aware that our trucks can leave ruts, impact paved surfaces or damage paved surfaces. We are not in any circumstance liable due to damage caused to paved or unpaved surfaces.
We reserve the right to deny shipment for any reason and refund buyers in those situations. Shipping fees are refunded on loads that we cancel prior to attempted delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once delivery has been dispatched. Customer must ensure they are present for delivery as the customer will assume liability for location in which delivery is dropped. In no case will Troy Stillman assume liability for where loads are dumped or unloaded.
AFTER DELIVERY NO RETURNS OF AGGREGATE OR EARTH MATERIALS! All materials are sold as is with no warranty. Customers can come look at material before purchasing.
